Yes! New players can either join an existing nation or create their own. Creating a nation requires a small initial investment of resources and at least 3 founding members.
PvP is allowed in designated combat zones and during officially declared wars between nations. Random PvP outside these areas is prohibited to ensure a fair gameplay experience.
